An international travel company has announced it will be adding 50 new hotels to its portfolio this year and it has set its sights on the seaside.
Oyo works with existing hotels to help them expand.
It has more than 150 small hotels in some 65 places nationwide and is one of the largest hotel providers in the country.
Now the company plans to "expand and focus" in Brighton, Leeds and Plymouth.
Oyo uses AI (artificial intelligence) to help hotel owners manage and price their rooms.
Currently Oyo works with Albany and Langfords hotels in Hove along with the Gullivers Hotel in Brighton.
