A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit with a lorry.
Emergency services responded to the crash between a lorry and a pedestrian, with a section of road closed on The Drive in Shoreham.
The man involved in the incident was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital with serious injuries, with police appealing for footage and information.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: “Emergency services responded to a collision in The Drive, Shoreham, at about 12.50pm on Thursday, May 4.

“The incident involved a lorry and a pedestrian, and a man was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton with serious injuries.
“A temporary road closure was in place while officers responded to the incident.
“Witnesses and anyone with relevant footage or information is asked to report it to Sussex Police online and quote Operation Selby.”
Police and ambulance services responded to the incident with air ambulance also in attendance.
An air ambulance spokesman said that the helicopter was called to the incident and landed in Buckingham park nearby but was stood down before arriving.
South East Coast Ambulance Service was also approached for comment.
