A driver who failed to move their car created a nightmare for workers who were trying to resurface a road.
The Argus reported last week that a van left in Cranleigh Road, Worthing, saw workers lay tarmac around the vehicle, leaving a patch of old asphalt peeking through.
And the same thing has happened again less than a week later, just 100 metres away.
A lone silver Audi parked on the kerb of Balcombe Avenue means an area of the previous grey surface is still on show.
One bystander said: “How has this happened again so soon, and so close? It really isn’t that hard to make sure your car is out the way for a few hours, surely.”

Speaking on the previous incident in Cranleigh Road, a spokeswoman from West Sussex County Council said that large-scale roadworks depend on co-operation from drivers.
“To aid with this, works information and ‘no parking’ signs are erected on site and information letters are delivered to local residents and businesses in advance of the works,” she said.
“Despite these efforts, we do occasionally encounter vehicles which haven’t been moved.”
The spokeswoman said the patches will be completed at the end of the current work schedule, expected to be mid-June.
