Brighton residents will be able to have their newspapers delivered to their doors by Deliveroo over the coronation weekend.
Ahead of King Charles’s coronation this weekend, the delivery service has announced that they will be trialling the delivery of the papers ahead of the Bank Holiday.
The trial comes as papers will be set to include commemorative content to mark the special occasion, like The Argus.
Suzy McClintock, vice president of Grocery and HOP at Deliveroo, said: “No matter how our customers plan to spend the Coronation weekend, for many people this will be a day they want to look back at in years to come.
“Newspapers are the perfect memorabilia to capture a moment in time, so we’re excited to finally offer them to our customers on-demand through Deliveroo HOP.

“We’re continuously looking for new ways to enhance the customer experience and convenience on Deliveroo and if this trial is successful, we hope to make newspapers a regular feature on the app.”
The delivery will be available to customers in Brighton on Saturday, May 6, the day of the celebration.
