Pride weekend attracts as many as half a million people to the city every year, with the event raising over £1.2 million for the Brighton Rainbow Fund, Pride Cultural Development Fund and Pride Social Impact Fund, which helps fund a range of LGBTQ+ groups and organisations.
Paul Kemp, managing director of Brighton Pride, said they were “thrilled” to have Pride return for its 30th anniversary following two years of the pandemic.
The annual weekend of festivities for Pride brings an estimated £25.5 million into the city’s economy, with visitors spending money on accommodation, retail, food and drink during the celebrations.
Second tier tickets are still available for this year’s Fabuloso festival, costing £45 for general admission or £60 for the weekend currently.
