Police have issued an update after a collision on the A27 closed part of the highway.
Emergency services were called to a section of the road near the Coach and Horses pub near Worthing following the crash.
The car was seen badly damaged in the collision, which took place yesterday morning.

A police spokeswoman confirmed that no serious injuries were reported in the crash.
She said: “Police attended the A27 at Arundel around 11.20am on Sunday, April 23, following a single-vehicle collision.
“One lane of the westbound carriageway was closed while the vehicle was recovered.”
