Searching for houses in Brighton, like much of the UK, can be quite a tricky task, especially with house prices almost continually on the rise.

A three-bedroom terraced house on Bevendean Crescent is on sale for £345,000 on Zoopla and is described as being a "delightful" property.
Take a look inside the property

Upon entering the property you will find a hallway, some stairs leading to the first floor, a cupboard under the stairs and doorways leading to the kitchen and dining room.
In describing the kitchen it says: "Fitted with a range of modern units comprising stainless steel single drainer sink unit with mixer taps inset in working surfaces with cupboards and drawer unit below."
It also has the space for a washing machine, cooker and fridge-freezer as well as a large double-glazed window overlooking the garden.
Meanwhile, the dining room of the property has wood laminate flooring and double-glazed patio doors leading to the garden.
The dining room also connects to the living room which has a fireplace and a large double-glazed window to the front of the property.
Upstairs you can find three bedrooms, two of which have built-in wardrobe cupboards.
Elsewhere on that floor is the bathroom. which has a panelled bath with shower attachment, shower rail and curtain, WC and sink.
In terms of the exterior, there is a rear garden with a paved patio area, an area of lawn and a large brick-built store at the end with gated access.
