A council has issued a statement after a wrongly spelt sign was spotted directing motorists towards a seaside town.
The sign, on the A259 at East Preston, points drivers westbound towards Bognor.
But Bognor is incorrectly spelt Bogner Regis on the signpost.

The mistake sparked a reaction on social media, with Facebook user Mark Bowers, from Bognor, calling it "unbelievable".
West Sussex County Council is responsible for the signage on the road and has issued a statement.
A spokeswoman for West Sussex County Council said: “We are aware of the spelling mistake on the sign and it will be corrected in due course”.
