A village pub is looking for a new owner after going up for sale.
The Queen Victoria pub in Rottingdean High Street is seeking new management following its closure.
Fleurets, the property manager selling the pub, described it as a “historic site” with an “extensive trading area and split-level garden”.
The venue boasts part mock Tudor and part exposed brick frontage, as well as open fireplaces, part timber panelled walls and paraquet flooring.
It also has a beer cellar, roof terrace and a three-bedroom flat.

The pub also has a premises licence for the sale of alcohol and the performance of live music, recorded music and exhibition of a film.
While the building is not listed, it sits within the Rottingdean Conservation Area.
The venue also comes with any fixtures and fittings that remain on the premises.
For those considering breathing new life into the pub, it is available for £445,000.
