Searching for houses in Brighton, like much of the UK, can be quite a tricky task, especially with house prices almost continually on the rise.
You might wonder what some of the cheapest properties you can buy in the area are, excluding options such as shared ownership or retirement property.
If you're looking for a property on the lower end of the price scale in Brighton, then Zoopla may have an option for you.
A three-bedroom semi-detached house on Goodwood Way is on sale for £325,000 on Zoopla and is described as having an "ideal first family home, first purchase or rental investment".
Take a look inside the property
On its Zoopla page, it says: "Fox & Sons estate agents are delighted to market this extended three bedroom semi-detached house within walking distance of local shops, park and schools.
"Regular bus services into Brighton City centre are close by. Viewings by appointment only."
Upon entering the property you'll come into a hallway and then you'll find your way through to the living/dining room area.
This is a good-sized area that has plenty of space for shelving units, sofas and a TV on the wall.
Part of the space is currently being utilised to host gym equipment, but a small table and chairs could fit quite easily.
From that area, you can make your way to the kitchen, which is again of a decent size.
The kitchen is fitted with plenty of wall and floor base units and comes with appliances such as an oven, washing machine and fridge.
A bathroom is also on the first floor which has a bath with a curtain and rail, a WC and a sink.
Upstairs you can find the three bedrooms of the property, with one being larger than the others.
The Zoopla page adds: "Outside, there is a really good sized family garden (west-facing) best enjoying the afternoon sun, but due to the incline of the garden welcomes the sun throughout the day in the summer months."
