A mystery man has hit the jackpot with a £50,000 prize at a bingo hall.
The 26-year-old teacher, who wished to remain anonymous, won at Buzz Bingo in Freshfield Way, Brighton, last month.
He had not played at the club in seven years before a spontaneous trip on February 15.
Chief operating officer at Buzz Bingo Stevie Shaves said: “The atmosphere in the club when there’s a win is always incredible, and we’re delighted to see one of our lucky members win £50,000 on the National Game at Buzz Bingo Brighton.
“Overall Buzz Bingo players win more than £2 million per week in bingo prize money and we love to celebrate every one of them with our amazing community.”
The winner plans to use the money to put down a deposit on a new house.
