Jeremy Clarkson was not in attendance at his planning appeal hearing earlier this week.
The former Top Gear star faced a key meeting that will determine the fate of planning applications at Diddly Squat Farm.
West Oxfordshire District Council previously refused applications for a car park and a restaurant at Mr Clarkson’s farm in Chadlington.
Cars have since been seen queuing on the road outside of Diddly Squat Farm when the farm shop re-opened last month.
Scenes of clashes between the council and Mr Clarkson appeared in season two of the Amazon Prime Video hit series.
The council rejected the application on the basis that the restaurant and car park were not consistent with the area in question that is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.
