Shoppers have been welcomed to a newly redesigned John Lewis store in Sussex.
Customers in Horsham can now visit the new-look shop in Albion Way, offering a “one-stop destination” for fashion, beauty, technology and home design.
The store has been designed to reflect the local community, with a host of free services including personal styling and nursery and sleep appointments, as well as extended click-and-collect hours to suit the needs of customers.
The revamped store also has a new children’s area to keep them entertained while shopping at John Lewis, including an interactive trail, treasure hunt and activity table.
Jack Howe, branch manager of the store, said: “We’ve listened to our local customers in Horsham and we’re thrilled they can now shop and experience a larger John Lewis offering with more departments.
“Early customer reaction has been incredibly positive and they love our new look.
“As shoppers return to the high street, our multi-million-pound investment provides a major boost for the town centre and will attract more shoppers into the store.”
