Here are some of the latest properties in Sussex to go under the hammer.

The two/three-bedroom house at 4, The Street, was among 142 lots in the latest auction held by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
The property was sold for £351,000 freehold at the firm’s auction which ended on February 8.
A bidding war took place over land in Brighton with planning permission for a three-bedroom home already in place.
Land Between 9 and 10 Ridgeway Gardens exceeded the guide price to sell for £116,000 freehold.
It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with panoramic views overlooking Woodingdean and the surrounding area.
Planning consent was granted by Brighton and Hove City Council in December 2019, for a three-storey dwelling house with car port, subject to conditions.
Another bidding war erupted over a detached house and large garden with development potential in Eastbourne.
Offered under instructions from Eastbourne Borough Council, 273 Kings Drive went under the gavel at £522,000 after sustained bidding.
The substantial Edwardian house sits on a plot extending to 0.13 hectares (0.33 acres) within an established residential location on the corner of Park Lane and Kings Drive.
A two-bedroom flat in need of an update at 20 Bourne Street in Eastbourne, was sold for £133,100 after also being offered under instructions from Eastbourne Borough Council.
A terraced house needing updating in a popular residential area of Lewes went under the auctioneer’s gavel.
The two-bedroom property at 9 Talbot Terrace was sold for £401,000 after strong interest.
The property is situated in a popular residential location in the heart of Lewes town centre close to shopping facilities and amenities. It has a west facing tiered rear garden with flower and shrub boarders.
A plot of land with planning consent for a pair of semi-detached houses in Crowborough was also sold.
Land adjacent to 2 Quarry View in Whitehill Road went under the gavel at £261,000 freehold.
The parcel of land is close to the town centre of Crowborough and a short distance from various shops, supermarkets and schools as well as the railway station.
The next auction, the second of eight this year, ends on March 22. Entries close on February 27.
