A former glamour model has avoided a fourth bankruptcy court hearing for a fourth time in regards to a £3.2 million debt repayment.

Katie Price was due to appear in court on Thursday, February 9, but the hearing has now been vacated.

The 44-year-old was declared bankrupt in 2019 and had agreed to a payment plan with creditors to pay back £12,000 a month.

However, a source told The Sun that the court "will now wish to know where every penny of her income comes from - whether it be from selling items on Depop or stripping out of her clothes on OnlyFans".

A court official has confirmed that the hearing on February 9 has been vacated.

Katie had been in danger of losing her multi-million pound "mucky mansion" in Horsham over her bankruptcy.

Her last bankruptcy hearing was postponed in June 2022.

The 44-year-old lives in the home with her children Jett, nine, and Bunny, eight, who she shares with ex-Kieran Hayler, and son Junior, 17, and daughter Princess, 15, from her previous marriage to Peter André.

The former model had been due to attend the Royal Court of Justice in London to explain to a judge why she had failed to repay millions owed to creditors.

A November 2021 hearing was put off until February, and that hearing was postponed with creditors told Price had agreed to pay off a "substantial sum" of money owed.

The bankruptcy judge has the power to jail Katie if he is shown evidence she has failed to meet her agreed obligations to pay off creditors.

Katie was declared bankrupt in 2019 with debts of £3.2 million from her failed company Jordan Trading Ltd.

The hearing will now be held on April 12.
