A stage play depicting the trial between Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy is coming to Brighton this year.
Vardy v Rooney: The Wagatha Christie Trial is going on tour following a successful West End run with the Theatre Royal on the list of destinations.
The “verbatim production” uses High Court transcripts from the legal battle which gripped the nation last year.
Lucy May Baker, who previously appeared in the Mamma Mia! musical, will play Vardy while Laura Dos Santos takes on the role of Rooney.
Misfits star Nathan McMullen continues to play multiple roles including former England footballers Wayne Rooney and Jamie Vardy.
The production comes after a viral tweet in which Coleen Rooney accused Rebekah Vardy of leaking “false stories” about her private life to the press.

Vardy, 40, took 36-year-old Rooney to the High Court for a libel but, in spoilers for the play, a judge found that the post was “substantially true”.
Last year, Channel 4 aired a two-part film titled Vardy v Rooney: A Courtroom Drama, which starred Michael Sheen, Chanel Cresswell and Natalia Tena.
Vardy v Rooney: The Wagatha Christie Trial comes to the Theatre Royal in Brighton from June 15 to 17, with tickets available from Friday, February 17.
