A TV star has confirmed her split with her fiance of 16 years - the singer from Brighton band Phats and Small.
Broadcaster Vanessa Feltz said she is "incredibly sad" after she separated from Ben Ofoedu.
The singer is best known for appearing in the music video of 1999 smash hit Turn Around, which was filmed in and around Brighton.
Vanessa, 60, said “once the trust in a relationship is gone you can’t really get it back” amid claims he had an affair.
She told The Sun that Ben, who performed with the band for a number of years, has moved out of their home.
The couple had a ten-year age gap, and Vanessa previously said: "Don’t let anyone tell you that the age gap doesn’t matter."
Vanessa is a regular poster on the social media platform Instagram, however in recent weeks her account has been nearly dormant.
She posted a video yesterday, holding back the tears as she shared the news with her followers.
“I haven’t been on Instagram for three weeks and that’s because my relationship with Ben is over after 16 years and I honestly didn’t know what to say to you on Instagram.
“And so I just wanted to say obviously I feel incredibly sad and I’m pretty disappointed and shocked and all those horrible things but also full of resolve.
“I am not going to let this defeat me.”
