Two people are wanted by police after breaking into a shipping container and stealing batteries worth thousands of pounds.
Two suspects were caught on CCTV breaking into the locked container and stealing the batteries for John Deere vehicles.
The batteries, stolen from the property in Pump Lane in Framfield near Uckfield, are valued at around £5,000.
Footage captured at the scene shows two people in hooded tops near the shipping container.
Police are now searching for the two suspects in relation to the incident which took place at around 6.10pm on Friday, December 16.
The force is keen to hear from anyone who has been offered a John Deere vehicle battery or has seen someone selling a pair of car batteries, especially in East Sussex.
