You can learn to “strut like Beyoncé” in new dance classes launching in the city this month.
SOS Dance, a global dance company, is launching classes in Hove.
The classes are supposed to “empower a generation of women” by using dance as “a source of strength, power and confidence.”
The classes will take place at Vida Active Club in Blatchington Road every Tuesday evening.
Dance instructor George Short will break down routines into small parts so they are easy to learn, even for people who have never danced before.
All SOS Dance routines are created by back-up dancers and choreographers who have worked with huge pop stars including including Beyoncé, Lizzo and Little Mix.
George said: “SOS Dance is such an amazing community of passionate, supportive and inspiring women, and I’m so honoured to be bringing this unique experience to Hove.
“Our vision is all about empowering our students to feel strong and sexy to feel-good pop hits. We will be cheering you on all the way as you strut your way to confidence”
The first class will begin on January 10 and is open to people aged 16 and over. Each session will be one hour long, starting at 7.30pm.
