Emergency services are on the scene and a road is closed after a car crashed into a cafe.
Multiple fire engines and an ambulance are on the scene in Broad Street, Seaford, where the crash took place.
A spokeswoman for East Sussex fire and rescue service said: "We were called to a Road Traffic Collision on Broad Street, Seaford.
"We currently have five pumps in attendance. Please avoid the area."
An eyewitness told the Argus: "The car came across from Place Lane, [opposite] straight into the cafe."
"I could not believe it, it must have been travelling at about 30mph because it crashed into the bollards and went straight into the cafe."
The road is closed and there are delays due to the crash on Broad Street from A259 Sutton Park Road to Place Lane.
Place Lane is also closed.
According to East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS), there were three casualties in the incident.
The driver, and a further two people who were not in the vehicle, were taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital.
A spokeswoman for ESFRS said: "Three patients have been taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital for further treatment with injuries including fractures."
Ambulance crews and an air ambulance also attended the scene.
A bystander told the Argus: "There were about six ambulances on the scene. I also saw two members of staff from the air ambulance."
There was a large police cordon around the site of the crash while firefighters released the driver from the car.
Sussex Police responded to a report of a car hitting the front of a cafe in Broad Street, Seaford, at about 12.30pm on Wednesday, December 14.
At 4.00pm, a spokesman for Sussex Police said: "Officers remain at the scene and enquiries are continuing."
