A busy high street is closed after a crash involving three cars.
The crash happened at around 12.30pm in Broad Street, Seaford.
One bystander said a person was knocked over by a car.
Five police cars and an ambulance are at the scene.
One man was being treated for a head injury and a woman was stretchered into an ambulance.
The three cars involved had minor damage to their front and rear bumpers.
The road reopened at around 1.45pm.
Sussex Police have been approached for comment.
