A new burger van is set to open this weekend offering stacks of prime cut patties to people on the street.
The Beef Guy will open his airstream trailer at the Montague Centre serving high quality burgers to the people of Worthing.
The trailer, which will open outside TK Maxx, aims to deliver “the very best” burgers using locally sourced ingredients and high-quality meat.
Glenn Hooker, the man behind The Beef Guy, says that he has spent years trying to perfect his burger patties as well as finding buns and making sauces from Sussex ingredients.
A review of the van from Absolute Magazine said: “As we tuck in to our perfectly stacked burgers it is immediately apparent that The Beef Guy burgers are designed to allow the grass fed prime British beef to shine.
“You really do get a concentrated beefy hit with each mouthful. Seasoned to perfection and seared so the flavour and juices are sealed in, only to be released with each heavenly bite”
The company also plans to add a second Airstream trailer in 2023 which will be used for festivals and private hires.
The Beef Guy will open on Saturday, November 26, from 12pm.
