Once again we find that our current Green councillors just cannot help themselves with their proposals to turn the Old Steine bus shelters into cafes.
Who do they think they are with their continued attacks and damage to the great heritage of our once wonderful city?
We should be protecting all such properties for their original use, which I am sure would be more beneficial to our city than more very small cafes that chuck out cooking fumes and the inevitable food wrappings etc.
If they want to do something for that part of the city they should return the fencing of the Royal Pavilion Gardens, restore the gardens to their original beauty and occasionally allow a few special events to take place in those gardens.
Valley Gardens should never have been allowed to be changed just so that the Greens could rake in millions of pounds from fines to unsuspecting motorists who just cannot fathom out what they can or can't do without being heavily fined.
Not only that but they plan to replace the currently free flowing Aquarium roundabout with a traffic light system that will undoubtedly cause more stationary vehicles that will inevitably cause far more exhaust fumes than the current roundabout does.
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.
When will the Greens actually realise that they are consistently breaking their own Green ideology and instead introducing more congestion and planet warming gases to our city?
