For all those who complained about the parking outside of their house of cars that for whatever reason, whether for work or just grabbing a space, to park near their abode ,have shot them selves in the foot.

As all of Hallyburton Road, Margery Road, Dorothy Road and Florence Avenue, Hove plus

disabled bays, are now being made into permit holders.

As i am a disabled badge holder who will have to pay, thanks for nothing I hope you have more than one car in your household, and I hope you have three. Because you are only allowed two permits per household.
