A rugby player who went missing in Spain has not used his phone for two weeks, it has been reported.
The phone of Levi Davis, who has not been seen since October 29, was last picked up near Barcelona’s Sants mainline train station.
The phone has not been used since and Davis has not taken any money out of his bank accounts, according to a newspaper report.
The 24-year-old had only been in Barcelona for three-hours before he disappeared after disembarking at the city's ferry port at 7pm following an eight-hour crossing from Ibiza where he had been staying with friends.
Davis, who formerly played for Worthing Raiders RFC as well as Premiership side Bath, had last been seen at the Old Irish Pub at 10.05pm.
Julie Davis, Levi’s mother, recently landed in Barcelona in an attempt to retrace his steps and find her son.
She told the Daily Mail: “Every day that Levi is missing makes the pain and heartache worse, we just want to know he is safe.
“It's every mum's worst nightmare. People tell you to always value a hug or a kiss as you don't if it'll be the last, I never used to understand that but I get it now.
“The police have told us that he hasn't used either of his two bank cards nor his phone for two weeks.
“His phone signal was last picked up around Barcelona's main train station late at night on October 29.
“I'm exhausted, I've had long meetings with police and consulate officials and we've spoke to a local missing persons charity.
“But I'm not giving up, we just want him to reach out to us and let us know he's ok.”
Davis starred on Celebrity X Factor in 2019 alongside fellow players Ben Foden and Thom Evans in a singing group known as Try Star. He was also on E4's Celebs Go Dating in 2020.
He previously played for Bath Rugby and Ealing Trailfinders before moving to Worthing but has since left the club.
