A helicopter was forced to land after an incident during a flypast for Remembrance Sunday.
An RAF Chinook helicopter was taking part in a series of flypasts across southern England to mark the service and sacrifice of those killed in combat.
However, it was later spotted in a field near Arundel after an incident occurred on the ground.
The crew provided assistance before the aircraft left the area.
A spokeswoman for the RAF said: “A Royal Airforce Chinook helicopter conducted a series of flypasts across the south of England of Remembrance Sunday commemorations.
“During the sortie, an incident occurred on the ground. The helicopter landed and the crew provided assistance.
“An investigation is ongoing and we cannot comment further at this time.”
