POLICE are searching for two people after a man suffered serious facial injuries in an assault.
Emergency services responded to reports of a man injured in an assault. A man and a woman were seen fleeing the scene.
The assault happened at around 10.45pm in Station Road in Bognor on Sunday, October 2.
A male suspect was described as white and wearing a half-length coat and a white T-shirt.
The woman was said to be white and also wearing a white T-shirt as well as a short dark coat, dark trousers and dark footwear.
Anybody who witnessed the incident or has any information which could help the investigation is asked to contact police online or by calling 101, quoting serial 1224 of 02/10.
