Seann Walsh has entered the Australian jungle for the current series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here.

The comedian, who grew up in Brighton, was thrown in at the deep end on his arrival into camp as he and Matt Hancock were tasked with the Beastly Burrow Bushtucker trial.

Hosts of the show Ant and Dec were quick to take a swipe at Walsh for his Strictly Come Dancing antics.

Walsh appeared on the BBC dancing show and was paired with professional dancer Katya Jones.

The pair got close with one another during the competition and shared a kiss despite both himself and Jones being in long-term relationships.

Ant and Dec were quick to reference that Walsh was in a pair before and it didn’t go too well, in relation to the Strictly scandal that came to light four years ago.

Walsh split with his partner Rebecca Humphries following the release of the photo in 2018 who claimed he had called her “psycho/nuts/mental” for suspecting something was going on between the pair.

Jones also announced her split from then-husband and fellow Strictly professional Neil Jones, but said she had no regrets and insisted they were as close as ever despite going their separate ways.

Walsh has also said he suffered panic attacks following the backlash to the incident, and that his passion for comedy had waned since.
