Today is the final day you can ride these bendy buses.
Brighton and Hove buses is retiring its fleet of 22 single-decker buses this evening.
They will be replaced by double deckers which are said to be more environmentally friendly.
For over a decade, the number 25 bendy buses have served people travelling between Old Steine in the city centre and the Universities in Falmer.
The route goes up and down the Lewes Road, with buses as frequent as every five minutes during peak hours.
In early mornings, the route also extends westwards towards Portslade station.
The vehicles were sold to the company back in 2009 by Transport for London as one of Boris Johnson's manifesto pledges to remove them once he was elected as London Mayor.
But the 15-year-old Citaro buse are no longer manufactured by Mercedes and getting parts is becoming more difficult.
"This week we say goodbye to the final few bendy buses in our fleet," said Ed Wills, managin director or Brighton and Hove Buses and Metrobus.
"Finding the parts we need to maintain and keep them safe has proved to be a challenge, so we made the decision to update the route 25 with buses that are much better for the environment and more efficient too.
"We know there are some bendy bus fans out there and that’s why we wanted to let everyone know when the last bus would be.
"In addition, there’s also a one-off trip taking place next week where fans can join us on board and take photos."
According to Brighton and Hove Buses, bendy buses can carry 140 passengers compared with about 90 on a traditional double decker, including standing passengers.
They will be replaced by double deckers transferred from London, which are more fuel efficient than bendy buses.
The last 25 bendy bus service from the Old Steine will depart at 6.53pm towards the Universities.
The last 25 bendy bus service from the Universities will depart at 7.17pm and will terminate at the Old Steine.
