There are delays on the A259 due to a crash involving a motorbike.
The crash happened around 8.30am this morning at the Ovingdean Roundabout, near Rottingdean.
It is reportedly involving a car and motorbike on the A259 at Greenways.
Traffic is stretching back to the traffic lights at Rottingdean.
Brighton and Hove Buses tweeted that the road was "closed due to an accident".
A spokesman said: "The roundabout on the A259 closed due to an accident. Coastal services westbound diverted from Rottingdean via Falmer road, Warren road and down Wilsons Avenue to get back onto the seafront.
"All coastal services are terminating and restarting from Sealife Centre."
Sussex Police have been approached for comment.
