A city centre street is partially blocked due to an accident involving a car and a pedestrian.
Traffic has been slowed after the incident in Princes Street in Brighton.
Reports suggest that the road near the A23 has been affected by the crash, with vehicles moving slowly in the area.
It is also thought that the incident is affecting a number of Brighton and Hove buses including the 1, 1A and 7 services.
Sussex Police officers have attended the scene but have since left the area.
