Katie Price is reportedly facing a new council row after allegedly turning her £2 million “Mucky Mansion” into a second-hand car lot.
According to The Sun, several vehicles have been seen parked outside her home in Horsham, which has allegedly prompted an investigation from local authorities.
Officials reportedly launched an investigation into the “alleged running of a second-hand car business” last December, but the case was closed in March.
A second enforcement case has now been opened, with a decision due in early December.
Planning laws state that the storage and selling of cars at a private address could be classed as an unauthorised “change of use” of the property.
Carl Woods, Katie’s fiancé, ran a car sales business from his dad’s Essex home but has moved his business address to the Horsham mansion, The Sun has reported.
It comes after Katie, 44, from Brighton, was issued with a 16-week suspended sentence and a two-year driving ban after taking to the road while under the influence.
Katie’s home had fallen into disrepair but is being renovated as part of a Channel 4 show.
