A NEW date has been announced for a documentary where Katie Price will openly discuss her struggles with her mental health and PTSD.
In the new Channel 4 documentary Katie Price: Trauma and Me, the former glamour model from Brighton will speak candidly about what drove her to total breaking point and explore how she can prevent a return to those dark days.
The show will be broadcast on October 10, coinciding with World Mental Health Day, with Katie set to talk about her year of drugs and alcohol, which saw her crash a car near her Sussex home in September.
She narrowly avoided jail time following the drink-driving crash, being handed a 16-week suspended prison sentence and ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service.
The documentary had been due to be broadcast on September 8, but was postponed following the death of Her Majesty the Queen.
Last month, the 44-year-old revealed that she was raped at gunpoint in a carjacking in South Africa in 2018.
She told journalists: “When I was filming with ITV in South Africa, we had no security. If we had security, they would have been able to deal with the six guys that jumped us, held me at gunpoint and raped me.”
