A BIN lorry has overturned and ended up on the pavement during its morning round.
The crash happened this morning before 8am in Upper North Street, Brighton.
The lorry tipped onto the pavement just past the traffic lights between Dyke Road and Montpelier Street.
It is not impacting traffic in the area.
Brighton and Hove City Council confirmed it is not a council lorry.
The lorry was recovered at around 11am.
The road was closed while recovery took place but has since reopened.
Broken glass still remains at the scene.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "We responded to reports of an overturned bin lorry at about 8am. No other vehicles involved and no injuries.
"Vehicle recovered and road was re-opened."
