KATIE Price has expressed fears over her son Harvey’s “life-threatening weight”.
The former model from Brighton posted a video on Instagram of Harvey, 20, wearing bunny ears and eating carrots.
“I’m feeling healthy eating carrots,” he says to the camera while enjoying a snack.
In a caption alongside the video, Katie revealed that Harvey had lost one stone and shared concerns over his weight, after reaching 29-stone last year.
She wrote: “I am so proud of Harvey. He has lost a stone now and his college are doing amazing, trying to keep him active and healthy eating as it’s now become life-threatening with his weight.”
The update comes just over a month after Katie announced that Harvey has been nominated for a National Television Award for the documentary What Harvey Did Next.
The show followed Harvey, who has several disabilities, as he entered a new phase of adulthood, documenting his transition to a more independent life and how he and his mother cope with the changes that his move to college brings.
Since his move to college, Harvey has been learning a range of skills, including going to the supermarket to buy ingredients to make his own food.
