THERE are two mile traffic queues after a crash involving "multiple vehicles".
The A21 Whydown Hill near Hastings is partially blocked following the crash near New England Lane.
It was first reported at around 7.15am this morning.
There are more than two miles of queues on the northbound side of the road.
The road was being reported as impassable in both directions, however sensors indicate the road remains passable.
Sussex Police are at the scene and recovery of the vehicles has been arranged.
The force confirmed there were no injuries at the scene.
One of the vehicles has lost its front axle so is "proving difficult to clear".
A Sussex Police spokesman said: There was an RTC involving two vehicles reported on the A21 near Sedlescombe at 7.20am on September 22.
"Recovery on scene from 8.45am."
