CELTIC Football Club got a mention on last night's episode of Coronation Street.
Fans took to social media after noticing the Hoops were included in a short list of teams rhymed off by actor Ryan Russell, who plays the character of Michael Bailey.
During the ITV show, Michael's brother James Bailey, played by Nathan Graham, had been dwelling on the fact his contract with local team Weatherfield County had been scrapped.
The footballer had previously collapsed on the field and was taken to hospital - where he found out he suffered from a heart condition.
James' mum had revealed she was worried about him, and James replied, "I’m a footballer, that’s the way I am. Nothing else matters".
His brother Michael then told him: "There’s plenty more teams in the sea, alright.
"Look at West Ham, Celtic, Forest, this time next year you could be playing for Prescot Cables."
Celtic supporters were quick to notice their club being mentioned during the soap.
One person wrote: "Celtic getting a wee mention in tonight’s Corrie."
Another added: "Brilliant, wee mention for Celtic."
