I am appalled at the bus service we are currently experiencing in Withdean and Westdene. Buses seem to turn up whenever they feel like it, they get taken out of service and in the past week have left my daughter and I stranded at the top of Valley Drive on two separate occasions for over an hour.
The problem appears to be that this route is too long. Is it about time we had a Dyke Road shuttle? Pupils at BHASVIC have no idea when their bus is due and people in Valley Drive who don't drive rely on this service.
I know how popular the no 77 bus is when it is in service during the summer months. As Brighton residents I think we are entitled to this all year round.
