I would like to thank everyone who organised, took part or donated prizes in our annual fundraising event for Macmillan nurses at Lewes Road Labour Club in memory of my late husband Mick Cheal.
It was the third year we have staged this event. In total over the three events we have raised nearly £5,000.
Every penny we raise goes to charity. Hopefully we will do it again next year and it will be a special day because it will be on Mick's birthday, March 14, 2009. He would have been 60 if he had lived.
