Brighton breaks legend Cakeboy will be joined by VJ Doublethink for a set that will include live camera feeds and audience interaction.
Support will come from the six-piece electronic dirty deep funk outfit Jaberwok.
Slackers' residents Pav, Squashpar, Matt Slack and Fyoog will DJ and there will be a 1980s fancy dress theme.
The night aims to complement, rather than replace, Slackers' long-running Concorde 2 residency, giving a warm welcome to the recently reformed Red Snapper on Saturday, April 19.
A warm-up session hosting SC's weekly eclectic NSB (NuSkoolBreaks) Radio show will take place at Riki Tik, Bond Street, Brighton, from 6pm-10.30pm.
