A teenager will appear in court today charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, also faces charges of causing death by careless driving while drunk, aggravated vehicle taking, disqualified driving, driving with no insurance and theft.
The offences relate to a fatal collision on the M23 at Crawley on October 9 last year.
The youth was due to appear before Crawley Magistrates.
