With regard to being charged for underpaid Royal Mail items (Letters, March 26), I fail to see the problem.
Why should Royal Mail deliver an item to your door if the sender hasn't paid for that service? Why should they subsidise people who don't pay the correct price by allowing people to collect underpaid items for free?
People should pay the right postage in the first place.
