Councillors on Worthing Town Council decided that NCP should be awarded the parking contract simply because it seems none of them have any business acumen. It could be run by the council with fewer parking tickets for working people and just as much revenue generated.
Instead all the profits go to NCP.
It is not the NCP parking attendants who are to blame, they are working to earn a living. It is the Worthing councillors on the committee who awarded the contract to NCP. Where are the businessmen who could put their names forward and give us some independent councillors to vote for?
