AN elderly woman was treated for the effects of smoke inhalation following a fire at a farm.
Two crews from Uckfield were called to the blaze on the ground floor of the house in Nutley, near Uckfield, which started at about 9.45pm on Friday.
A spokesman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said the woman was treated by paramedics.
The property was badly damaged by smoke.
The cause of the blaze is being investigated.
