In your article on the top ten most expensive streets and top ten least expensive streets, you quoted three with a Portslade address. Of these, Old Mill Close and St Aubyn's Crescent are actually in Southwick and Fishersgate, in the Adur district of West Sussex.
The third, Monarch's View is an affordable housing scheme of partbuy, part-rent properties. I am sure the £99,600 price tag is only the part-buy value of the properties and not the full value.
