Piratechno nights are a mixture of fancy dress party, gig, club and cabaret. Having built up a following over the past few months, this is their biggest show to date.
The band's Gogol Bordello-esque gipsy punk incorporates accordion, violin and mandolin, as well as a dash of Zappa and some polka rhythms - and no techno. Their modern sea shanties will be accompanied by "a full retinue of dancing burlesque wenches, mermaids, sharks and generally salty hangers-on".
They promise to create an atmosphere somewhere between Pirates Of The Caribbean meets The Mighty Boosh.
