A welcome return for Pascal Arbez, who played a great support slot to Soulwax when he was last in town a few years back.
A clear influence on the likes of Justice and Digitalism, he made an immediate impact with his Poney EP in 2001. Released on DJ Hell's International Deejay Gigolos label, it became one of the revered imprint's highest-selling releases and was played out by everyone from Aphex Twin to Erol Alkan.
By turns cinematic and brutal, most of the vocals on his debut album OK Cowboy were provided by a speech synthesis programme which Pascal has christened Brigitte.
This set will consist primarily of new material specifically created for his live show, although there are no firm plans to release a second album yet.
