At the beginning of February two street lights in Stanmer Villas packed up. These lights are opposite each other at the junction with Quarry Bank Road.
I got in touch with Brighton and Hove City Council and the person I spoke to said the lights would be repaired by the February 15. Well, they were not repaired but two men came and fitted new caps to them and painted them twice.
I got in touch with the council again and was told they could not repair them, it had to be done by EDF.
On two occasions an EDF van has arrived with two men in it. They got out of the van, looked at the lights, sat in their van for ten minutes and then drove off.
We still have no light and it is dangerous.
