I felt I must write and add a few words of praise for the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
My husband recently spent three weeks as a patient in the Royal Sussex and from the time that the ambulance arrived at A&E until his discharge, he received the most wonderful care anyone could wish for.
The doctors, nurses, microbiologist and all the other staff in A&E, the short stay ward and Ward 8A West were wonderful in their caring and kindly attention to him.
I must also thank our district nurses who are attending him every day now he is home and our GP who quickly diagnosed his condition and sent him to hospital.
