The Princess Royal paid a visit to a college renowned for its equine facilities and wine-making.
Princess Anne spent two hours yesterday being given a tour of the buildings at Plumpton College, near Lewes. She was shown the new state-of-the-art winery built at the college, capable of producing 20,000 bottles a year.
The Princess Royal was then taken to the children's rural education centre which includes a farm, woodlands and streams, used to introduce young people to agricultural life.
The princess finished her tour at the equine unit, which has two large indoor schools and stabling for 60 horses.
